According to Hungarian press, Kevin Spacey will star in Gateway to the West. The film will be directed by Peter Soos. The director confirmed the presence of Kevin Spacey, adding that they have already signed the contract and that he will play an Italian cardinal, the main antagonist of the film.

Plot:
When the Kingdom of Hungary’s army was annihilated by the Mongols at the battle of Mohi, only the castle of Esztergom stood in their way to invade Europe.
