Hello guys, this is our first “My Spacey Story“, enjoy it!

I was sitting on my room, in a cloudy, hot day.

In that time, I was a Fine Arts students, in Cuneo, Italy. The days were passing slowly, from a lesson to another, from a short movie project to another.
I knew Kevin Spacey early in my life, I watched American Beauty when I was 8 or 9 years old, as every important movie which meant something to me. I started very soon to educate myself to cinema. And cinema, always helped me to find the answers, the words to say.

Now, what happened in my college period, is something strong, very instructive. I fell in love with a girl who took me to actions and thoughts I never had before, I gained awards for my projects, and most of all, I gained other people’s respect.

What does it have to do with Spacey? Well, it’s simple. He has been my college-period life lesson taken from cinema. During that hot cloudy day, I started to watch House of Cards.

Underwood shown me the way to behave with people. Of course, I didn’t kill anybody, murder is an FU thing, but I surely learned to stay with collaborators, and being a step forward from bad people. It seems like if I’ve learned to be some kind of machine, but that’s not the point: the Spacey behind the Underwood gave to the character his unique behaviour and motivations. There’s so much of the actor in FU, and I’ve taken the strength of the man, so present during the play, learning how to improve many of my best qualities. Spacey shown himself through Underwood, and what I’ve seen, is so brilliant, so wonderful, so human. I’ve learned how to be a better man, thank to this artist.
