On December 5th, at Cinema Massimo in Turin, The Museo Nazionale del cinema, Torino Film Festival and Piedmont Film Commission will present: “TFF EXTRA: homage to Franco Nero”, an event in which The Man Who Drew God, directed by Franco Nero, will be screened for the first time.
The dramatic feature film directed by Franco Nero will be presented at the Cinema Massimo, at 9.00 pm in the presence of the director Franco Nero, the actress Stefania Rocca, together with Diana Dell’Erba, Simona Nasi, Diego Casale and the young Turin protagonist Isabel Ciammaglichella and the producer Louis Nero.
Inspired by a true story, the rise and fall of a blind artist who has the extraordinary gift of making true-to-life portraits just by listening to the human voice, who becomes a TV talent star in the process. A fable on the need to rediscover the miraculous power of dignity in a world where media’s noise has solved the problem of man’s imperfection simply by removing the problem itself.
